Request and agreement
A website request or free introduction does not confirm an order, reserve capacity or accept a paid contract. Before work, both parties accept a completed trial agreement covering the client, dates, scope, approvals and payment. These website notes summarise that process; read and keep the full trial agreement.
Trial and price
The two-week trial costs A$250 including A$22.73 GST. It includes up to 10 approved quotes, up to 2 attempts each and up to 3 total hours including setup, calls, notes and reporting. All limits apply. Work stops at the first applicable limit; extra work needs a separate written scope and price. No automatic renewal.
Payment and start
Pay after acceptance and before the agreed start, using the instructions on your invoice. Card payment is available only when a live secure provider link is supplied. We confirm capacity, lawful contact permissions, approved script and calling access before starting. Delayed inputs or payment require mutually agreed revised dates.
Authority and results
You retain pricing, technical advice, discounts and acceptance of jobs. We use approved information and your business calling account. We do not collect your customers' payments. Activity and reporting are promised; sales, customer responses and revenue are not guaranteed.
Pause, cancellation and concerns
Either party may pause or end unfinished work by email. Before any work starts, a cancellation receives a full refund. For unfinished work after starting, the charge is the proportion of A$250 matching recorded time out of the 3-hour allowance, capped at A$250; unused amounts are refunded within seven business days. If agreed work is completed in less time, the fixed fee is earned. Rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including Australian Consumer Law rights, are preserved. Information
Approve the list, script and permitted calling windows in the intake brief. Supply contact permission evidence, relevant Do Not Call checks and opt-outs. We stop on request. No cold prospecting, bulk marketing or call recording is included. Use the agreed secure method for customer records. See the privacy notice.
